Building a Preschool Learning Center

Is your child ready for preschool?
Owning and managing a preschool learning center is becoming a thriving business nowadays. If you own a vacant lot and you have the guts for this kind of lucrative idea, why not plunge into it?
This is what happened to the preschool teacher of my twin nieces. She already had the parcel of land, situated along the road and at the corner of street very near at her residential house. Coinciding her desire to start a preschool is completion of her masteral studies on the subject.
That's when she tapped my help to do a thesis or technical report about establishing a preschool. Actually it's a group assignment for all the preschool teacher in her area, but she also want to make it real. Then, I helped her encode the appropriate materials and feasibility studies she collated to be compiled for her dissertation.
Writing and editing the materials for her thesis were truly braindraining. Meeting the deadline while teaching made her sleepless for the past two weeks of September this year. She cannot solely concentrate in her teaching loads for the children. The good this was she had three teaching assistants for the three levels (Nursery, Kindergarten and Preparatory), so all she did was to enumerate and explain the details to me as I encoded her project in the computer.

These were just part of the thesis being presented during the defense of the proponent. She will have to gather competent staff and workers in order to accomplish her project.
2.INCOME FROM OPERATIONS
The projected profit of the school will be coming from the following: tuition fees, books, school uniforms, school supplies, educational trips and miscellaneous fees. There will also be an increase of ten per cent every school year as per directive of the administrative staff or the owner to compensate with the maintenance and upgrading of the school's premises and educational improvement for the children.

3. EMPLOYEES' SALARY
According to plan, there will be a five percent salary increase every school year. It will be very helpful to the part of the teaching staff if they want to pursue further studies in graduate schools.
4. MANAGEMENT ASPECTS
Aside from the regular staff, such as the administrator, teachers, teacher aides and utility or maintenance staff, there will also be on-call staff like, doctor, nurse and nutritionist to supervise for the health and well-being of each child.
So, the big question will be: will you let your child study to a preschool like this?
